Montague, Miller & Company Realtors has a full time commitment to providing assistance with single and group corporate moves. Our sales associates commit to ongoing specialized relocation training - enabling them to handle corporate transferees and 3rd party business with confidence and skill. The division is lead by professional staff whose responsibility it is to ensure satisfaction throughout the relocation process.
Trish Owens

Trish is a native Virginian and has called Central Virginia home for over 30 years! Trish is responsible for working with corporate clients in the Charlottesville area as they recruit and relocate personnel from around the country. In addition, she uses her professional experience in maintaining relationships with the regional business and University communities.
Trish directly oversees the Relocation and Referral division of Montague, Miller & Company Realtors, including managing national and international referrals through Leading Real Estate Companies of the World™. She works closely with the Relocation Coordinator to ensure that clients, either inbound or outbound, are assured a smooth transition to their new address!
Trish has served on the Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors Board of Directors for eight years, an Honor Society member and a consistent Top Producer!
Anne L. Lohr
Relocation Coordinator

Having called the Central Virginia area home for over 40 years, Anne has witnessed the beauty and growth of this region. As a graduate of Mary Baldwin College in Staunton, Virginia, Anne offers extensive experience in the business administration field and has previously worked for the Commonwealth of Virginia for over 30 years.
Anne has been awarded the RELO Certified Coordinator (RCC) designated by the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and currently holds the position of relocation coordinator with Montague, Miller & Co. In her spare time, Anne volunteers with Habitat for Humanity in Charlottesville/Albemarle.
Anne's strong work ethic, self-discipline, and exceptional customer service skills are a great asset to anyone moving to and from the Central Virginia area.
